Every report is built from official public sources — the U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey (2018–2022 5-Year Estimates) and the Zillow Home Value Index. We never fabricate figures, and ZIP codes without materially complete data are excluded from paid reports and exports.
Generating a detailed ZIP report uses one credit. One-time credit packs never expire, and paid subscriptions include a monthly allotment of report credits. Re-downloading a report you already generated is always free and never uses another credit.
Yes. You can cancel from your account billing portal at any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you keep any credits already granted.
Because reports and credits are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used. If something went wrong with a charge or a report failed to generate, contact us and we will make it right.
